Golden Gate Bridge Lookout

Get a perfect view across of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge spanning the bay at this scenic lookout. Construction of the Golden Gate Bridge was completed in 1937. The signature red suspension bridge spans nearly 2 miles across the bay to Marin County. This beautiful vista is the perfect place to snap a selfie in front of the famous American landmark.

Haight-Ashbury

Haight-Ashbury is named for the cross section of Haight and Ashbury streets. It was the site of the “Summer of Love” in 1967. Haight-Ashbury was the epicenter of the hippie movement in the 1960s and drew free spirits from across the nation to San Francisco. Musical legends from Janis Joplin to The Grateful Dead famously lived in the neighborhood. Stroll down Haight and take in the art, music, and colorful quirkiness that are still signatures of this unique corner of the city.
